It was a beautiful morning, quiet and still.  It was just shy of two weeks after the devastating tornadoes of April 27th.

There were so many stories in the quietness.  So many questions.  The evidence of destruction unspeakably present.

Enormous stories of loss.  Large X’s spray painted on houses that indicated the date the house was searched and the number of people found inside, the number of dead.

There were statements of faith.

And there were were questions of eternity…

It was beautiful morning, quiet and still.  The evidence of destruction broke the silence…
