Fall in the Blue Ridge Mountains

I had the chance to spend some time in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina during the Fall season. These images are the result. There will be more to come…

This first image was made at the southern end of Table Rock Mountain in the Pisgah National Forest. Little Table Rock and the Linville Gorge can be seen in the distance.

There was just a hint of the coming fall along the Linville River in the Linville Gorge, near the Pinch In Trail junction.

Fall Colors adorn the trees between Table Rock Mountain and Hawksbill Mountain in the Pisgah National Forest, North Carolina. Photo made on the rocky outcropping just above Devil’s Cellar.

More to come next week, I appreciate your stopping by, and your comments. To everyone in the USA, hope you have a fine Thanksgiving Day!
