Great photos Russ, evocative and full of atmosphere, great use of the iphone 🙂
Thanks Mike!
I am always amazed at how the iphone has changed photography, right along the lines of the Kodak Brownie.
The images are fantastic, proving the fact it is the photographer and not the camera that makes the image. Great looking year in photos, I’m envious!
Thanks Greg! I appreciate the kind words…
You have a very good eye my friend! Thanks for sharing your beautiful shots.
Thanks John, and I appreciate your photographic missives from the mountains!
Awesome photos – especially the “Sarvis Blossoms” and the airport photos. Well done!

Great pics! Some of these just sum up quintessential America (from an Australian’s view 🙂 ). I love the one of Ms Henrietta!
Thanks, Ms Henrietta was so sweet. And I do love to shoot Americana. I can’t believe you get to see Port Moresby sunsets, that’s such a beautiful part of the earth…
Fantastic! Loved those from everglades.
Congrats
Thanks, the Everglades is truly a magical place….

You have a new fan! =)
I visited Savannah for the first time this summer. I’ve been living in coastal N.C. for years but had never been. Then I went to visit a friend who had just moved to Beaufort S.C. and we spent a day in Savannah. I wasn’t expecting it to feel so different from N.C., but I was really fascinated and drawn to the landscape down there. I definitely want to return. In the meantime, I’ll be enjoying your wonderful photos.
Thanks so much, your kind words make my day!
