Views of Jerusalem – Morning to Nightfall

Jerusalem is a port city on the shore of eternity -Yehuda Amichai, Israeli poet

This week’s post is all Jerusalem, as seen from various vantage points around the city, from morning to nightfall.

“…the earthly Jerusalem will one day fade away into the Heavenly Jerusalem.”

The Psalmist gave us these words, “Pray for peace in Jerusalem. May all who love this city prosper.”

  1. Russ, we always ALWAYS love seeing all your photographs and being able to go with your “around the world.” God’s world is so beautiful, glad we get to experience a little of what you see.

  2. I just returned to America after being in Israel for the last two months. These photos helped me remember why I love Israel so much! Thank you for also including the beautiful quotes, especially with the accompanying Hebrew.
