House on Fire is an ancient Puebloan, or Anasazi dwelling. It’s found in Mule Canyon, not too far outside of Blanding, Utah. Late in the morning, when the angle of the sun is just right, the canyon walls catch the light and the exfoliation of the rocks around the dwellings give them the appearance of being on fire.
